What is Virtual Personal Training?
We’re so glad you asked! Virtual Personal Training (VPT) is live, 1-on-1 training. We pair you with a certified personal trainer from some of the top brands in the fitness space and they will work with you to ensure you meet your goals.
Why VPT?
We believe that the two most important elements of any successful fitness program are that it’s enjoyable and you are held accountable. The best way to ensure that both of those goals are met, is by training with a real live personal trainer who can learn about you and work with you directly.
How does Virtual Personal Training differ from workout videos?
Cookie-cutter workouts just don’t cut it anymore. You don’t wear one-size-fits-all clothes, so why would you settle for a one-size-fits-all-fitness program. With live, 1-on-1 sessions, your trainer can personalize each session to you and your goals.

Absolutely! There is no better (and safer) way to recover from an injury than with the help of a certified trainer. They can ensure that you stay safe and are able to recover optimally.
What if I’m training from outside the United States? Does it cost more for me?
Nope! We have users all over the world, including Canada, Asia, Europe, Australia and South America.
