  • Prop up your phone, tablet, or laptop with enough distance so that your trainer can see you fully

Gathering equipment

  • If you have any equipment on hand at home, be sure to let your trainer know
  • No equipment? No problem! Use household items such as wine bottles, books, and detergent jugs
  • Looking to purchase equipment for your home gym? We suggest starting with a yoga mat, sliders, and a set of resistance bands

Using your technology

  • Phone or tablet: Use the FlexIt mobile app to connect to your session
  • Computer: Log in to our website and connect to your session from your account page
  • Make sure your device is charged, your camera and audio are working properly, and your internet connection is strong

You can book through the FlexIt website or in the FlexIt app. You will be able to see all trainers from our partner brands and their availability. Once you find a trainer and a time that works for you, add it to your cart and write it down in your calendar!

No! There is no equipment required. Your trainer will work with whatever you have around the house--including backpacks, chairs, and towels.
This is truly a one-on-one, personalized experience. The trainer is dedicated to you for the entire time and will work to help create a program tailored for you. Rather than following along with others, you will get a highly personalized experienced to motivate you and build structure around your goals.
