What is Interconnected Health?
We’re so glad you asked! Interconnected Health is live, 1-on-1 training. We pair you with a certified personal trainer from some of the top brands in the fitness space and they will work with you to ensure you meet your goals.
Why Interconnected Health?
We believe that the two most important elements of any successful fitness program are that it’s enjoyable and you are held accountable. The best way to ensure that both of those goals are met, is by training with a real live personal trainer who can learn about you and work with you directly.
How do Interconnected Health sessions differ from workout videos?
Cookie-cutter workouts just don’t cut it anymore. You don’t wear one-size-fits-all clothes, so why would you settle for a one-size-fits-all-fitness program. With live, 1-on-1 sessions, your trainer can personalize each session to you and your goals.
I’m new to fitness. How do I get started?
Easy! Just create an account on flexit.fit and take a look at our plans. If you want even more help figuring out which plan is right for you, take our goals matching quiz or schedule a consultation with one of our Performance and Nutrition Coaches who can create a customized plan just for you.
Who are the personal trainers?
Our personal trainers come from the top brands in the fitness space. We partner with Blink Fitness, Gold’s Gym, [solidcore], SLT, 24 Hour Fitness, New York Sports Clubs, and more!
How do I find the right trainer for me?
We match you with the perfect trainer for you and your goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, zen out, or just try something new and fun, we got your back. With over 20 fitness brands and hundreds of trainers on our platform, we know we can find the right fit for you. Schedule a consultation with one of our fitness experts to get matched!
I’m recovering from an injury or have a health condition. Can I still train?
Absolutely! There is no better (and safer) way to recover from an injury than with the help of a certified trainer. They can ensure that you stay safe and are able to recover optimally.
What if I’m training from outside the United States? Does it cost more for me?
Nope! We have users all over the world, including Canada, Asia, Europe, Australia and South America.
Does FlexIt offer more than just personal training?
Of course! We have a holistic suite of wellness offerings geared at making sure that you look and feel your best. From dieticians to mediation experts to yogis, FlexIt is here for all of your wellness needs.
How do I log into my Interconnected Health session?
Sign-in to your FlexIt account and click on your account page or, sign in through the FlexIt Fitness app available on iOS and Android. As long as you have WiFi, you’re good to go!
Once there, you will see a dashboard with all of your upcoming sessions. Before your session start time, you will see a green “Connect” button. Click the button to connect into the session with your trainer.
Tell me about the rescheduling policy.
Sure thing! You can reschedule your session with no charge up to 12 hours in advance. If you need to make a last minute change, you can request to reschedule with your trainer. To reschedule at the last minute, click on your session and select “Edit Booking” and then “Request a Reschedule”. Your trainer can then accept the request.
FYI: On the off chance that your trainer can’t accomodate the request, you can reach out to support@flexit.fit and we will be glad to assist you!
What if I want to cancel a session altogether?
We know that sometimes life gets busy and working out doesn’t always make the cut of what stays in the schedule. If you need to cancel, click into the booking and hit the “Cancel” button. As long as it’s 12 hours or more before the session, you will not be charged.
How can I keep track of all my bookings?
Easy! There are a few ways to get your VPT sessions organized. The first way is to check the calendar in your Account page. All upcoming and past sessions will appear there for you to see at a glance.
The second way is to add the sessions to an external calendar, like iCal or Google calendar via the link in your account.
Will my trainer contact me before my session?
Absolutely! After you book your Interconnected Health session, you’ll get an email introducing you to your trainer. You can reply to the email letting your trainer know if you have any injuries, goals, or questions about the session.
