Judy Turchin is a dynamic, people-centric executive with expertise in omnichannel customer experience and engagement, global operations, sales, and marketing. Judy has a 25+ year track record in direct-to-consumer health/wellness/fitness, financial services, real estate, and law. She has a particular aptitude for strategy development, marketing, and innovation.
Over the past 10+ years, Judy has been a Chief Operating Officer, a member of the Office of the CEO, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer for various global businesses, including her role as COO of Equinox.
🏋️♀️ Judy Turchin serves on the Board of New York Road Runners, where she is a member of the Finance and Investment Committee.
🏋️♀️ During her tenure with Equinox, Judy was instrumental in steering the company and its 14,000 employees through a global pandemic (shutting and safely reopening all 105 locations).
🏋️♀️ From 1997 to 2007, Ms. Turchin was an attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, practicing in the area of commercial real estate law.
