About Brynne

Thanks for understanding:)* I discovered my career in fitness on accident. I always did well in sports, but half-heartedly growing up. Until I finally started ballet, when I also started becoming very passionate about and intrigued by how our bodies move, and hungry to learn. I began to study and pay attention more to exercise mainly for my own knowledge. After college with a completely unrelated degree in Animal Sciences, I was working odd jobs unsure of a direction or desire. I came home for a holiday one year and my sister said - Why haven't you looked into work in fitness yet? You're always researching exercise and love giving us helpful suggestions - ... I never believed I was capable of that, so after overcoming my self-doubt, I took steps to officially study up to be a certified trainer in 2012, which lead years of continuing education and additional certifications. Looking back, the greatest shaper of my role as a fitness educator has been experience. Now, fitness is a source of empowerment because I'm doing something I didn't think I could do, while helping others do often the same. I'm blessed to be doing what I enjoy and find fulfillment in - guiding, inspiring, challenging, and empowering others to build stronger bodies for fuller living.

Favorite food

Favorite fun foods -tacos, pizza and french fries (especially truffle fries), plus I have an enormous sweet tooth Moderation and a balanced relationship with food rather than elimination and diet swings is my approach to happy+healthy, sustainably

What I'm listening to

Classical, Hip-hop, Rock, almost anything really, as I like to be eclectic and hear music of different genres or from different countries.

What I do outside the gym

Love to eat, try any new activities and places, read, get outside and be in nature in any way possible (bonus if in hot sunny weather), go to shows and performances, and enjoy good company
