I am a lifelong athlete with over five years of professional fitness experience. Most frequently, I instruct boxing, yoga, strength & conditioning. Regardless of the medium, I am dedicated to a holistic approach to seeing you become a better, stronger, more conditioned and thoughtful athlete. Everybody that has a body is an athlete! Together we'll set goals, achieve them and move beyond them as you grow. You are capable of more and I want to help you get there.
