From Long Island NY, I have been a professional dancer for over 10 years. Having an extensive background in movement & keen sense of mind/body awareness I expanded myself into the fitness world. As certified Lagree & Pilates Instructor, I offer a fun and creative experience for each client that will make you want to come back for more! I recommend for our session to have a few pieces of equipment like resistance bands, gliders, ankle weights, 3-5 pound weights and or resistance tubes.
