The lessons I learned growing up via sports and martial arts are fundamental in the manner in which I train my clients and my own physical discipline. “Excellence is not a singular act, but a habit. You are what you do repeatedly.” - Aristotle. Physical fitness to me is an enlightening experience. Through my body I find clarity of mind. My definition of fit means having a good self esteem with the physical endurance to keep up. To gain strength one must remember it’s not just physical. You must have the mental strength to believe in your success and must have the heart to do what it takes to achieve it. I became a personal trainer in 2006 and through my journey I have learned that we must take a holistic approach to our gains.
