About Julie

My fitness career started in college. My first roommate was a fitness instructor. She encouraged me to teach in college and I was hooked before the end of my freshmen year. I enjoy guiding clients to create the strongest version of themselves. I carefully watch the client's form while having fun. I have several certifications and believe in continuing education. I enjoy teaching group fitness class and taking classes with others. The energy created is contagious. Believe in yourself. Every little step makes a difference. Now let's get started!

I have worked with many trainers over the years, but Julie is the first that I actively badger my friends to call for their own good.  I look forward to our workout, which really says a lot for this former couch potato.  She has an innate understanding of the human body, which allows her to push me, but know exactly when to stop.  And more importantly, she is able to prompt me into the correct form with small adjustments, which most trainers simply miss.
