Hi I am Laurie! I'm a yoga instructor and certified IIN Holistic Health Coach, based in San Diego, CA. I've instructed yoga for the past 9 years... Japan, DC & VA, + CA. I approach working together with my clients, leading with goals. YOUR goals drive the personalized program or sessions(s) that I will design for you. Goals evolve, and as we work together your sessions will too. Whether your goals be to stretch, to meditate, or move towards specific advanced postures. I specialize in taking in my client's fitness/yoga/wellness desires and giving them the tools + encouragement to obtain them. You are capable of much more than you imagine! Watching my clients experience success is the absolute favorite part of my job! Expect tons of feedback and progress updates. I’ve been an athlete since childhood, carrying my love of movement and fitness into adulthood I am also a distance runner. I ran the Boston Marathon in 2018. Through my desire to better understand anatomy and movement + rehab my own injuries in 2015 I studied to become a yoga instructor, and haven't stopped learning since! I now have over 900 hours of yoga training hours, + AFAA group fitness certified, and studies in postpartum exercise specialist. I am equally passionate about nutrition + lifestyle, and I am a certified Health Coach. I look forward to working with you.
