I am a lifelong athlete with over eight years of professional fitness experience. Most frequently, I instruct boxing, yoga, strength & conditioning. Regardless of the medium, I am dedicated to a holistic approach to seeing you become a better, stronger, more conditioned and thoughtful athlete. Everybody that has a body is an athlete! Together we'll set goals, achieve them and move beyond them as you grow. You are capable of more and I want to help you get there.

This was my first session and it was challenging but Richard was amazing and motivating. He has such a nice and sweet personality but is also direct at the same time. He really cheered me on and allowed me to take breaks if needed but pushed me at the same time. I am not normally a home workout type of person but I really enjoyed Richard.
