Hey! I’m a fun loving, sparky, bouncy spirit. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Functional Strength Coach, and have certifications in NASM’s Ring Thing, Schwinn Indoor Cycling, Animal Flow, Strongfirst Kettlebell, a Pound Pro, and CPR/AED/FIRST AID. I’ve been in the fitness industry for 8 years teaching at boutique fitness studios in NYC such as SoulCycle, Cyc, Bari Studio, Flywheel, and Box+Flow. Before I became a quarantine queen, I was spotted at Sweatshed, DailyBurn, many Crunch gym locations, and corporate offices throughout NY (Spotify, Venmo, Etsy, NextJump etc.) My favorite styles of teaching are Bootcamps, Strength, Cardio, HIIT, Boxing, and Kickboxing classes, and I love to intertwine those aspects making full body integrated workouts for all levels of fitness. When not teaching virtual sessions during my quarantine downtime, I enjoy snacking, tip toeing back to the kitchen, napping, and reorganizing that shelf for the 6,349th time. I'm high energy, and I will ask you to push yourself, but you will also have fun doing it!
