I know how it feels... struggling with motivation, but knowing moving will get you feeling better. Anxious that a previous injury or health condition is going to flare up again, but knowing strengthening is the secret. Frustrated by a lack of results, but knowing structure is what’s lacking. I’m telling you, I’ve been in your sneakers (I used to be a fitness editor struggling to squeeze in workouts between assignments and deadlines). Now as a Fitness Manager for Blink Fitness, I've got marathons worth of experience (yes, I'm a marathon runner) using exercise to boost moods and transform lives. This is where you start, with me in your corner, or you could say on your screen, with a plan and a laugh that will help you forget just how many lunges, plank up downs, and sit ups I'm asking for.
